Head Start is mainly geared toward 3 and 4 year old children. It is a daycare that prepares them for kindergarten. This can be free for qualifying families.

The Family Resource Center in Clark County allows for access to resources that are required when raising a child. They also have a program for caregivers to connect and a learning series that focuses on play that engages the child to learn, making the household safe, and re-usable toys.

The Clark County Health Department has resources for teaching new caregivers how to do parenting basics like installing carseats, childhood vaccines, and safe sleep.
